About the Role
Join Laxmi Iron & Steel Industries as a Sales & Marketing Executive focused on promoting and selling mini rice mill machines. This role involves direct engagement with diverse market segments including farmers, dealers, Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs), Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), Self Help Groups (SHGs), and rice mill owners.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively generate sales by reaching out to potential customers and stakeholders.
- Visit and interact with farmers, dealers, FPOs, NGOs, SHGs, and rice mill owners to promote products.
- Organize and conduct detailed product demonstrations, highlighting the advantages and features of the mini rice mill machines.
- Establish and nurture lasting relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Meet or exceed the monthly sales targets set by the company.
- Respond promptly to inquiries, follow up rigorously, and effectively close sales orders.
- Provide daily reports outlining visit details and sales progress to maintain transparency.
- Coordinate closely with the Nagpur head office to manage quotations and dispatch logistics.

Compensation
Monthly remuneration ranges from ₹12,000 to ₹20,000.
