Overview

We are seeking an energetic and goal-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to actively promote and sell our IT-related products and services. The candidate must excel in communication, client acquisition, and sustaining business relationships to meet sales objectives effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate new business by employing cold calls, email outreach, networking, and leveraging referrals.
• Assess client needs to suggest appropriate IT solutions tailored to their requirements.
• Conduct meetings, deliver presentations, and perform product demonstrations for potential clients.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and handle negotiations to finalize contracts.
• Foster and sustain long-term client relationships ensuring trust and repeat business.
• Consistently follow up on sales leads to convert them into confirmed customers.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth project implementation and delivery.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and performance targets.
• Design and carry out both digital and traditional marketing strategies for lead generation.
• Keep precise records of sales activities and submit detailed reports periodically.
