About the Role
Fittfocus Care Diagnostix Private Limited is urgently seeking a Field Sales & Marketing Executive to operate within the Thane and Mulund areas. This role involves direct engagement with healthcare providers to promote the company's diagnostic services.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct visits to hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, and healthcare professionals throughout Thane and Mulund regions.
- Engage doctors and health partners to promote diagnostic offerings.
- Establish and nurture relationships to drive patient referrals.
- Follow up on leads given by the company and proactively generate new business opportunities.
- Handle lead generation, conduct client meetings, and deliver service presentations.
- Maintain documentation including daily meeting logs, follow-ups, and end-of-day reports.
- Focus on building sustained relationships with healthcare professionals.
Required Experience and Skills
- Minimum of six months experience in sales, preferably in field sales.
- Skills in both B2B and B2C sales techniques.
- Proficiency in lead generation and converting potential clients.
- Understanding of healthcare marketing.
- Ability to manage client relationships effectively.
- Good communication and presentation capabilities.
- Basic English language proficiency.
Additional Details
- No defined sales quotas; performance assessed based on daily meetings, follow-ups, and reports.
- Preference for candidates knowledgeable about Thane, Mulund, and healthcare sectors.
- Leads will initially be supplied, but independent lead generation is a key part of the job.
- Flexible working hours during day shifts.
- Petrol allowance to be discussed during the interview.

- Education: Completed 12th grade.
- Age range: 23 to 50 years.

- Work location: Onsite at Thane West; fieldwork across Thane and Mulund.
