Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Devise and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans to generate quality leads.
• Establish and nurture partnerships with builders, brokers, architects, and corporate clients.
• Conduct client consultations, presentations, and facilitate negotiations effectively.
• Organize both digital and traditional marketing campaigns to boost outreach.
• Consistently meet or exceed preset monthly and quarterly sales goals.
• Maintain and utilize CRM systems for systematic client engagement and follow-ups.
• Represent the company at various exhibitions, industry events, and on-site visits.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Demonstrated sales and marketing experience, ideally within interior design, real estate, or allied sectors.
• Exceptional communication, networking, and negotiation capabilities.
• Proven ability to independently generate leads and close deals successfully.
• Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and social media promotions is advantageous.
• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience required.
• Educational background of Graduate or MBA preferred.
