Position Overview
Edgelink Technology Pvt Ltd is hiring a Field Sales Executive based in Wakad, Pune, for face-to-face sales of digital marketing solutions across Pune. The role involves direct customer interaction with businesses and startups, presenting services such as SEO, social media marketing, paid advertising, and website development. This position is strictly on-site and requires daily field visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct on-the-ground visits to assigned Pune territories meeting various business owners and clinics.
- Deliver personalized product demonstrations and sales pitches of Edgelink's digital marketing offerings.
- Manage objections, negotiate terms, and close sales to meet monthly quotas.
- Accurately record each client visit and opportunity in the CRM system for smooth handover to the onboarding team.
- Develop lasting client relationships fostering repeat business and referrals.
Candidate Profile
- Enthusiastic about engaging customers face-to-face and closing sales independently in the field.
- Proficient and confident in Marathi, Hindi, or English communication.
- Highly self-motivated and capable of managing daily schedules in the field.
- Ambitious to achieve sales targets and increase earnings.
- Experience level between 0–3 years in field sales, B2B or other client-facing roles; freshers with motivation are welcome.
- Prior experience with platforms like IndiaMART, JustDial, or Sulekha is preferred.
- Mandatory possession of a two-wheeler vehicle with a valid driving license.
Compensation & Benefits
- Fixed salary range: ₹15,000–₹22,000/month for freshers; ₹22,000–₹35,000/month for 1–3 years experienced personnel.
- Incentives provided per deal with no delays or holdbacks, enabling monthly earnings of ₹30,000–₹50,000+ for performing sales executives.
- Travel allowance included in salary package.
