Sales & Marketing Executive - Decorative Lights

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and sell decorative lighting products in our retail showroom located in Pune, Maharashtra. The candidate will actively engage with walk-in customers, comprehend their lighting requirements, and recommend suitable products.

Key Responsibilities

• Encourage and facilitate the sale of decorative lighting products to customers visiting the store.
• Understand and assess customer preferences to provide appropriate lighting solutions.
• Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets consistently.
• Maintain visually appealing product arrangements and ensure the showroom remains clean and inviting.
• Address customer inquiries professionally and provide after-sales assistance as needed.
• Develop and sustain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Collaborate with the store team for inventory management and billing processes.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Previous experience in retail sales is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills are essential for effective customer interactions.

Additional Information

Salary range for this position is between 21,000 to 29,000 INR per month.
