Join World Legal Regulatory Council (WLRC.org) as a Tele-Caller specializing in Real Estate sales, based in Thane West, Wagle Estate. Key Responsibilities
- Engage and follow up with potential customers interested in buying or renting apartments.
- Assess client needs based on budget, location preferences, and type of property to recommend appropriate listings.
- Provide detailed explanations about properties, pricing structures, and documentation requirements through phone communication.
- Arrange and accompany site visits, coordinating closely with the sales team to complete transactions.
- Maintain detailed records of calls and set follow-up schedules to encourage repeat business.
