Sales Manager - Used Car Loan Channels

Job Overview

Finonest India Pvt. Ltd. is searching for proactive and goal-driven professionals experienced in Used Car Loan sales and management of alternative sales channels. The role focuses on acquiring business via DSAs, dealers, connectors, and other partners, maintaining strong partnerships, and fulfilling sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Used Car Loan business generation through various alternative channels including Direct Selling Agents, used car dealers, auto brokers, connectors, referral partners, and channel associates.
• Develop and nurture relationships with current channel partners to maximize business opportunities.
• Identify potential dealers and new channel partners to broaden the business network.
• Meet monthly targets related to loan disbursement and business sourcing.
• Collaborate with credit, operations, and underwriting departments to ensure prompt loan approval and disbursement.
• Maintain the quality of the loan portfolio by ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
• Provide product knowledge and training to channel partners to enable effective selling.
• Keep track of competitor strategies and market developments to stay competitive.
• Guarantee high customer satisfaction levels by addressing and resolving queries quickly.
• Maintain management information systems and keep sales reports updated regularly.

Qualifications and Experience

• Graduate degree in any discipline is preferred.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in Auto Loan, Used Car Loan, Vehicle Finance, or Two Wheeler Finance sectors.
• Experience with Post Disbursement Documentation (PDD) tasks is advantageous.
• Understanding of RTO processes and vehicle-related documentation is essential.
• Candidates having an existing network of DSAs, freelance agents, or car dealers will be given priority.
• Willingness to travel for business development is required.
