Key Responsibilities
- Engage customers effectively over phone calls, ensuring persuasive communication to fully convince them.
- Create and manage social media reels content without showing the face, focusing on voice-over and script responsibilities.
- Utilize and respond to inquiries via the IndiaMART portal efficiently.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with customers to build relationship and closure.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent communication and convincing abilities over phone channels.
- Hands-on experience in social media marketing, reel content creation, and familiarity with IndiaMART operations.
- Minimum educational qualification of 12th grade pass or any graduate degree.
- Preferable experience in digital marketing, social media content creation, telesales, or customer handling.
