The company focuses on building, distributing, and running travel solutions that are easier to access, more rewarding for travel professionals, and simpler for end users.

Role Overview

In this position, you will help grow sales performance, develop strategic business relationships, and broaden the customer base in the assigned market. This remote opportunity is open to professionals based in Singapore or Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote the company’s international travel product in the assigned territory, with Singapore as the primary market.
  • Plan and execute sales initiatives to meet targets, increase revenue, and strengthen market presence.
  • Onboard new partners and deliver detailed training on the platform and processes.
  • Drive API-based partnerships with both prospective and existing partners.
  • Create, nurture, and sustain strong long-term relationships with partners.
  • Negotiate, finalize, and oversee commercial agreements, including document handling and technical setup.
  • Manage client accounts until the first booking or purchase is completed.
  • Monitor partner adherence to agreed commercial terms, including payment-related processes.
  • Analyze the market and competitive landscape to support business decisions.
  • Prepare and share clear, complete reporting on sales and market activity.

Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the travel sector and with strong knowledge of Singapore’s travel market.
  • Background in sales management or business development within B2B travel companies.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Experience or competence in API-driven commercial partnerships.
  • Self-driven, ambitious, proactive, and focused on outcomes.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-changing environment and open to innovative technology.
  • Strong teamwork skills and a collaborative approach.
  • Comfortable using data, metrics, and numerical analysis to guide decisions.
  • Ability to work effectively across different cultural contexts in an international setting.
  • Willingness to travel for business, with market visits potentially taking 40% to 50% of working time.
