About the Role
Hektare And Meter Realty Private Limited is seeking a motivated Sales Manager to join their team in Sector 135, Noida. This role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from ₹30,000 to ₹40,000 along with appealing incentive schemes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage qualified sales leads and successfully convert them into closed deals.
- Organize and attend client meetings and site tours to facilitate sales.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance business growth.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Regularly update the customer relationship management (CRM) system and collaborate closely with Inside Sales and Marketing teams.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Possess between 1 to 4 years of experience specifically in real estate sales.
- Exhibit excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Demonstrate a persistent, target-oriented attitude and customer-centric approach.
- Graduation degree is preferred.
Location
This role is based at Sector 135 in Noida, within the Delhi-NCR region.
