Sales Manager - Personal Loan (Direct Sales Team)

About the Role

This position involves direct engagement with customers to acquire personal loan clients for a specified branch. The role includes explaining bank products, facilitating a connection between customers and the bank, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. Responsibilities include overseeing catchment mapping, gathering customer feedback, identifying and converting opportunities, driving client acquisition, enhancing customer relationships, and leveraging each relationship for organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire personal loan customers within assigned segments.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly new customer acquisition goals by analyzing the customer's transactional banking requirements.
• Communicate regularly with Relationship Managers regarding opportunities and customer needs.
• Strictly follow the bank's selling policies and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain rigorous compliance with both internal policies and external regulatory standards.
• Ensure quality customer sourcing aligns with the bank's policies.

Managerial and Leadership Duties

• Mentor and guide senior team members to foster a culture centered on customer focus, innovation, compliance, and integrity.
• Promote a work environment that encourages automation and digital solutions to comprehensively address customer needs.
• Recruit and retain top talent to support the bank's accelerated expansion goals.

Educational and Experience Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Postgraduate qualification in any field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
