Role Overview
This full-time, on-site role is located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, and centers on managing comprehensive logistics operations alongside driving sales development through proactive client interactions. Daily duties comprise engaging new customers, formulating quotations, following up on inquiries and service delivery, and sustaining strong client connections. The specialist will also identify prospects for expanding business, coordinate with operational teams to guarantee precise documentation and shipment routing, and oversee key performance indicators. Additionally, responsibilities include resolving service-related challenges and aiding in ongoing process improvements to enhance customer experience.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Excellent communication and customer service capabilities to liaise with clients, internal stakeholders, and external collaborators.
- Demonstrated sales track record, particularly within logistics, freight, or similar service sectors.
- Previous sales experience specifically within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia market; logistics and transportation expertise preferred.
- Understanding of logistics management and freight forwarding procedures, including shipment coordination and proper documentation.
- Ability to operate from Jeddah office and work effectively within a dynamic, team-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English languages is beneficial.
