Company Overview
Tamkeen Security is a leading distributor of value-added cybersecurity products in Saudi Arabia. The business is seeking a part-time Sales Lead Generation Specialist to help build a pipeline of qualified prospects.
Role Summary
This is a part-time opportunity, not a full-time position. Compensation and engagement will be tied to the number and quality of qualified leads successfully delivered.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and pinpoint potential customers across the company’s target industries.
- Source qualified prospects through outbound outreach, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and similar channels.
- Assess leads using the agreed qualification standards and arrange meetings for the sales team.
- Keep prospect records and lead stages current, accurate, and well organized.
- Share regular updates on lead generation volume, lead quality, and conversion performance.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in cybersecurity or IT sales.
- Strong English communication and customer engagement skills to connect professionally with prospects and earn trust.
- Demonstrated ability in sales and sales management, including lead generation, qualification, and tracking.
- Exposure to cybersecurity or technology solutions is an added advantage.
- Comfortable working with CRM tools, productivity software, and online communication platforms.
- Capable of working independently, managing time in a hybrid setup, and achieving defined targets.
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or a related discipline is preferred.
