Role Overview
Saraswati Properties is looking for a Sales Head to lead its real estate sales function in Delhi-NCR. This is a full-time role for someone who can take ownership of revenue growth, guide a sales team, and manage high-value property conversions.
Compensation and Joining
The role offers a fixed salary plus strong incentives. The position requires immediate joining.
Experience Needed
Candidates should bring 5 to 8 years of experience in real estate sales, along with at least 2 years spent managing a team.
What the Role Involves
- Lead, coach, and keep a team of 10 to 15 Sales Executives and Team Leads motivated.
- Plan and deliver monthly and quarterly targets for sales and bookings.
- Conduct client discussions, attend site visits, and convert premium property opportunities into closures.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with brokers and DSAs.
- Monitor competitor projects, pricing trends, and upcoming launches in the market.
- Maintain accurate CRM entries and provide daily and weekly sales updates to management.
Required Profile
- At least 5 years of experience in real estate sales is necessary.
- A demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales targets is important.
- Strong skills in leadership, negotiation, and communication are expected.
- Working knowledge of RERA, home loan processes, and documentation is required.
- Having your own vehicle for site visits is preferred.
