Sales Executive - Used Cars

We are seeking a proactive and goal-oriented Sales Executive to join our Used Cars Division in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Candidates with a robust automotive industry network, enthusiasm for sourcing quality vehicles, and a thorough knowledge of the UAE's used car market will find this role rewarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals focused on pre-owned cars.
• Guide clients in choosing used cars that fit their budget and preferences.
• Conduct vehicle showcases, demonstration drives, and test drives.
• Generate leads and engage potential customers to increase sales conversions.
• Draft price quotations, sales contracts, and necessary documentation.
• Handle negotiation of sales terms and assist with financing and insurance processes.
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Develop strong, lasting relationships with customers to promote retention and repeat business.
• Remain updated on vehicle features, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Adhere to company policies while delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification.
• At least five years of experience in the automotive field, especially in used car sales, procurement, or sourcing.
• Established connections and a strong network within the UAE automotive marketplace.
• Comprehensive understanding of used car valuation and prevailing market trends.
• Fluent English proficiency is necessary; command of Arabic is a plus.
• Proven negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
