Role Overview
The Sales Executive will play a hands-on role in expanding the market, strengthening client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth. The position involves working closely with clients, Sales Directors, and the management team while learning the company’s products, markets, and sales approach in depth.
What You Will Do
- Build and grow market relationships by continuously learning about client organisations, their structure, and their needs.
- Proactively engage both new and existing clients through networking and regular communication.
- Identify opportunities that can increase revenue and work with Sales Directors and management to convert them.
- Understand client needs and recommend solutions that exceed expectations.
- Handle activities such as client meetings, quote preparation, closing deals, drafting statements of work, and invoice-related coordination.
- Support senior sales colleagues in growing territory revenue and market share.
- Help maintain accurate territory and account plans.
- Arrange meetings for the assigned accounts and maintain strong internal and external relationships through timely and professional service.
- Take part in onboarding, training, and ongoing learning opportunities.
- Gain practical exposure to the full Datasite service offering.
- Co-host and participate in client events.
- Develop a solid understanding of the full selling process.
- Manage a dedicated portfolio of accounts.
- Keep call activity, leads, customer profiles, and related notes updated accurately in Salesforce in a timely manner.
- Learn and follow company policies, procedures, and best practices.

- Ability to use data and analytical tools effectively when making decisions.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including presentation ability.
- Well-developed relationship management capabilities.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational ability.
- A proven history of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Demonstrated experience building professional client relationships and handling business conversations effectively.
- Experience in technology, SaaS, or financial services sales is considered an advantage.
