Job Summary
The company is seeking self-driven Sales Executives to join various branches in the Mumbai area who possess strong sales and negotiation skills and a desire to engage customers in a meaningful way.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and assist walk-in customers.
- Present product features and demonstrate usage when necessary.
- Respond to customer inquiries related to products and store services.
- Suggest appropriate products and motivate customers to make purchases.
- Stay informed and provide details on product warranties, specifications, maintenance, and delivery options.
- Conduct follow-ups post-delivery to ensure customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Offer information on available financing options.
Candidate Requirements
- Preferred experience of at least six months in sales; however, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Customer-centric approach with a focus on satisfaction.
- High energy with a willingness to learn and grow in the role.
Compensation
Salary ranges between 20,000 and 30,000 INR per month.
