Role Overview
We seek an enthusiastic and goal-driven Telecaller for Personal Loan Sales to become part of our team. The main objective is to convert assigned leads through effective communication and persistent follow-up until loan disbursement.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospects provided from the company's customer database.
- Clearly present the features and benefits of personal loan offerings to potential customers.
- Assess customer needs and persuade qualified leads to submit personal loan applications.
- Maintain consistent engagement with interested customers until loan approval and disbursement are completed.
- Collaborate with operations personnel to facilitate timely document collection and loan file processing.
- Attain monthly sales and loan disbursement targets.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Candidate Profile
- Strong verbal communication and persuasive selling skills.
- Prior experience in telecalling or sales, preferably in personal loans, banking, or financial products.
- Basic proficiency in computer use and record maintenance.
- Target-oriented with a proactive and positive mindset.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with customers to successfully close deals.
