Sales Executive - Motorcycle, ATVs, UTVs, and Rental

Role Overview

Join Abdulla Al Masaood and Sons Group as a Sales Executive specializing in motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and the motorcycle rental segment. Operating onsite in Dubai within the Specialized Sports Equipment team, you will lead sales efforts while managing rental operations, striving for excellent customer service and promoting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell new and pre-owned motorcycles, ATVs, and UTVs to individual clients and corporate customers.
• Oversee and expand the motorcycle rental operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Build lasting customer relationships through attentive service and timely follow-ups.
• Support marketing initiatives, including campaign organization and promotional events.
• Coordinate and supervise test rides to enhance customer engagement.
• Keep precise records of sales activities, inventories, and client interactions using CRM and related software tools.
• Handle daily administrative tasks necessary for smooth business operations.

Requirements

• A minimum of a graduate-level qualification or equivalent.
• Experienced in sales with a preference for the automotive or motorcycle domain.
• Comprehensive understanding of motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and related market trends.
• Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and interpersonal relations.
• Proven ability to successfully engage customers and close sales.
• Self-driven and goal-oriented, capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, and sales management software.
• Commitment to company attendance policies, procedures, and a respectful team environment.
• Possession of a valid motorcycle driving license.

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional certifications or training in sales, marketing, or automotive fields.
• Previous experience in vehicle or equipment rental services.
• Awareness of the Abu Dhabi marketplace and its clientele.
• Experience organizing test ride or promotional events.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English languages is a bonus.
