Key Responsibilities

• Convert incoming walk-ins, referrals, and digital inquiries into active membership accounts.
• Conduct detailed and professional tours of the gym facilities and clearly explain membership options.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with both prospective and current members.
• Proactively follow up on leads via phone calls, WhatsApp, and email communications to optimize membership conversions.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales and revenue goals.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads, communications, and memberships using CRM software.
• Ensure a premium customer experience throughout the entire sales process.
• Collaborate closely with fitness and operations teams to enhance member satisfaction.

Candidate Profile

• Female candidates with a professional, confident demeanor are preferred.
• Possesses 3 to 5 years of experience in sales, hospitality, luxury retail, wellness, or fitness sectors.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are essential.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and committed to exceptional customer service delivery.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems.
