About the Role
JD Solitaire is looking for dedicated Sales Executives to join their jewellery showroom team in the Delhi-NCR region. This role involves providing excellent customer service and handling sales operations within the luxury retail jewellery sector.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with their jewellery needs ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and guide customers in making suitable purchases.
- Handle customer queries and maintain professional communication in both Hindi and English.
- Perform basic mathematical calculations required for billing and transactions.
Requirements
- Applicants must reside within a 5 km radius of the showroom location.
- Prior experience of 1 to 2 years in the jewellery or luxury retail industry is preferred.
- Minimum educational qualification of graduate pass.
- Strong communication skills with fluency in Hindi and English.
- Proficient in basic maths for simple calculations.
- Pleasant personality and excellent customer handling abilities.

Compensation and Joining
The monthly salary ranges between ₹25,000 and ₹40,000, depending on relevant experience. Immediate or ASAP joining is expected.
