Niram Cleanings is an emerging FMCG enterprise focused on producing premium cleaning products. Currently, the company has launched a Toilet Cleaner and is planning to expand its portfolio to include Handwash, Floor Cleaner, Dishwash Liquid, Glass Cleaner, Bathroom Cleaner, among other household cleaning essentials.

Role Overview

We are seeking proactive, dynamic, and goal-oriented Field Sales Executives to contribute to building a trustworthy household brand by driving product sales and market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors within the designated region.
• Actively promote and introduce Niram Cleanings' products.
• Identify and onboard new retail partners to expand market reach.
• Develop and sustain enduring relationships with clients.
• Meet and exceed assigned monthly sales targets.
• Ensure prompt collection of payments whenever applicable.
• Collect and report market intelligence including customer feedback and competitor activity.
• Provide daily sales reports and progress updates.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong communication and persuasive abilities.
• Positive mindset and readiness to engage in fieldwork.
• Integrity, discipline, and self-drive.
• Skilled in negotiation and client relationship management.
• Basic proficiency with smartphones, including apps such as WhatsApp, GPS, and digital reporting tools.
• Fresh graduates with motivation are encouraged to apply.
• Possession of a two-wheeler and valid driving license is an advantage.
