About the Role
Battery Smart is looking to recruit Field Sales Executives specialized in Electric Two-Wheelers. This role involves hands-on field sales activities including generating leads, managing customer interactions, and meeting sales targets while contributing to the flourishing electric vehicle (EV) sector.
Job Responsibilities
- Execute direct sales of Electric Two-Wheelers in assigned territories.
- Generate prospective customer leads and manage their engagement effectively.
- Meet and exceed set sales targets on a consistent basis.
- Participate actively in on-site market and promotional activities.
Candidate Requirements
- A minimum of 1 year experience in field sales roles.
- Effective communication capabilities to interact confidently with customers.
- Willingness and ability to perform work predominantly in the field.
- A clear focus on achieving sales goals and targets.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary for Bangalore and Mumbai locations: ₹25,000 net monthly.
- Salary ranges from ₹18,000 to ₹22,000 net monthly for Noida, Chandigarh, Gurgaon, and Lucknow.
- Additional incentives to reward performance.
- Social security benefits including Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance (ESI).
