About the Role
Audi Wexford is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Sales Executive to join its thriving sales team. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Wexford, County Wexford, Ireland. The role offers a competitive basic salary coupled with an uncapped commission system, providing an on-target earning potential of €60,000 to €70,000 annually.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide customers through the entire vehicle purchasing process to ensure a satisfying experience.
- Manage customer inquiries from various channels including walk-ins, telephone calls, emails, and online platforms.
- Conduct professional demonstrations of vehicles and organize test drive sessions.
- Advise potential buyers on suitable vehicle and financing options tailored to their needs.
- Develop and nurture lasting customer relationships to promote repeat business and referrals.
- Consistently meet and strive to surpass individual sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the Audi product lineup to provide expert guidance.
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in sales or customer service roles; automotive sales background is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and an aptitude for building strong relationships.
- Positive, self-driven approach with effective organizational and time management skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Comfortable working towards sales goals confidently.
- Possession of a full, clean driving license is required.
Additional Information
A qualification in Business, Sales, or Marketing is preferred but not essential. The company provides comprehensive training and ongoing professional development through Audi's manufacturer programs.
