Our client is a prominent UAE-based international trading company with a specialization in paper, board, packaging, and specialty paper solutions. They cater to a wide array of customers throughout the Middle East, Africa, and Asia, offering a comprehensive selection of paper and board grades, self-adhesive materials, flexible packaging solutions, label stock, and various other industrial paper products.
Position Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Arabic-speaking Sales Executive to become an integral part of our expanding commercial team. The primary focus of this role will be to cultivate and manage client relationships, identify emerging business prospects, and drive sales expansion within designated markets. This position demands a proactive sales professional possessing robust relationship-building capabilities, exceptional communication skills, and a readiness for international travel to engage with clients and broaden business horizons.
Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with both existing and potential clients.
- Identify new avenues for business and generate sales across assigned territories.
- Promote and market the company's extensive range of paper, board, packaging, and specialty paper products.
- Conduct client meetings, deliver compelling presentations, and perform product demonstrations.
- Negotiate commercial terms and finalize sales agreements.
- Monitor evolving market trends, understand customer needs, and track competitor activities.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient order fulfillment and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare detailed sales reports, accurate forecasts, and market intelligence updates.
- Represent the company at key industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
- Undertake international travel as necessary to support business development initiatives.
Requirements
- Possess a minimum of 3-4 years of sales experience specifically within the UAE market.
- Demonstrate a proven history of success in B2B sales and business development.
- Previous experience in the paper, board, packaging, or a closely related industrial products sector is highly advantageous.
- Exhibit strong sales acumen, negotiation proficiency, and excellent relationship management skills.
- Possess outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
- Demonstrate the capacity to identify opportunities and convert leads into enduring business partnerships.
- Be self-motivated, driven by targets, and capable of independent work.
- Maintain strong commercial awareness and a customer-centric approach.
Language Requirements
- Native Arabic speaker (mandatory).
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
