Role overview

This opportunity is for a Sales Manager in the Electrical Division, focused on cables and cable accessories. The position is based in Mussafah, Abu Dhabi, and is a full-time onsite role with a monthly salary range of AED 14,000 to AED 16,000, along with incentives.

What the role involves

  • Lead the sales function to drive revenue growth and deliver against targets.
  • Design and roll out sales strategies that widen the customer base and improve market visibility.
  • Build business plans covering sales performance, revenue generation, and expense control.
  • Define sales goals and track team progress to ensure business objectives are met.
  • Hire, train, coach, and develop sales staff to improve productivity and results.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with major customers, distributors, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Spot new business opportunities, market developments, and industry trends that can support expansion.
  • Share performance updates, forecasts, and market intelligence with senior leadership.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth project delivery.
  • Keep an eye on competitor moves and broader market changes to protect and improve competitiveness.
  • Carry out periodic sales reviews and take corrective action when performance gaps appear.

Experience and qualifications

Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or a similar discipline. The role calls for 8 to 10 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in electrical products, switchgear, lighting, cables, or related sectors. Prior success in leading and growing sales teams is important, along with a solid grasp of market behavior, customer needs, and sales strategy.

Other details

The product focus for this role is cables and cable accessories. A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
