Job Overview
We are seeking a Sales Engineer to take a pivotal role in managing customer relationships, driving sales activities, and collaborating directly with distributors in the Water & Power sector. This position involves overseeing the entire sales process across the product range, offering technical guidance to clients, handling sales forecasting, and expanding business in assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies and ensure delivery to meet forecasted targets and KPIs.
- Manage channel relationships and contribute to the Water & Power market sector's value proposition.
- Act as the regional representative for customer insights and provide project oversight and budget management.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to achieve operational excellence and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Utilize business development tactics to grow the customer base and explore additional revenue opportunities.
- Provide technical advice and support to customers, fostering growth in existing sales accounts.
- Supply business intelligence to leadership and coordinate cross-functionally to support customer needs.
Candidate Qualifications
- Degree or accredited qualification in Engineering.
- 2 to 4 years of successful sales experience within manufacturing and distribution, preferably industrial engineering.
- Strong knowledge of sales methodologies and proven results in similar roles.
- Demonstrated expertise and network within the Water & Power industry or utility sectors.
- Fluent communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Possess a full valid driving license.
