About the Company and Role
Ecotech FZC is expanding its presence in the UAE and is looking to hire a Sales Engineer based in Sharjah. The role focuses on promoting and selling a broad range of industrial pumps and water treatment solutions while cultivating business opportunities across the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities throughout the UAE.
- Market and sell Ecotech's portfolio, including industrial pumps for dewatering, slurry, mining as well as water and wastewater treatment equipment.
- Establish and nurture relationships with consultants, EPC contractors, construction firms, municipalities, utilities, industrial and mining customers, oil & gas companies, quarries, and distributors.
- Analyze customer requirements and suggest appropriate pumping and process systems, including product selection and applied engineering solutions.
- Oversee projects from inquiry and specification stages through quotation, ordering, delivery, commissioning, and post-sales support.
- Collaborate closely with the engineering department to provide timely technical assistance and ensure effective project completion.

- Water and wastewater treatment equipment including control panels and pumping systems
- Combined pretreatment units such as dissolved air flotation (DAF), mechanical and drum screens
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 3 years experience in technical sales of pumps, water & wastewater equipment, or similar industrial products.
- Experience collaborating with consultants, EPC contractors, municipalities, utilities, or developers.
- Strong understanding of pumping systems and wastewater applications.
- Excellent technical knowledge, communication, and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in English is required; Arabic language skills are advantageous.
- Willingness to travel across the UAE regularly.
- Previous experience in the UAE or broader GCC markets is highly preferred.
- Valid UAE driving license.
