With its operational headquarters in Munich, Germany, the company helps OEMs, national sales companies, importers, dealer groups, and mobility-focused businesses modernize their operations for a connected future.
The company’s main offering, OneDealer Automotive Cloud, gives organizations a single AI-enabled platform to manage dealer and mobility networks while still adapting execution to local market needs. The solution runs on SAP Business Technology Platform and includes capabilities such as predictive intelligence, lead scoring, inventory optimization, aftersales automation, and conversational AI.
OneDealer’s products are used by more than 50 networks, 1,000 dealerships, and 10,000 daily users across Europe and the Middle East. The business is supported by development hubs and subsidiaries in Germany, Austria, and Greece.
Role Summary
This is a full-time, on-site leadership position based in Germany. The Sales Director Europe will own regional sales strategy and delivery for OneDealer’s digital retail solutions, with responsibility for driving revenue growth across European markets.
The position reports to the VP Sales and covers the full sales lifecycle, from building the pipeline and qualifying opportunities to negotiating contracts and closing deals. The role also includes leading and developing sales teams, coordinating sales operations, and working closely with marketing, product, and customer success to align go-to-market execution.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will drive business development across Europe, maintain a strong sales pipeline, and ensure opportunities are progressed effectively from qualification to close.
You will manage and mentor regional sales teams, support performance improvement, and work cross-functionally to keep commercial activities aligned with wider business goals.
Regular duties include meeting key customers and partners, tracking market developments and competitor moves, and presenting results and updates to senior leadership.
You will also strengthen long-term customer relationships, help maintain high service standards, and represent the company at conferences and other industry events.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in sales and sales operations, including forecasting, pipeline management, contract negotiation, and enterprise solution selling.
You should have a solid track record in business development, with the ability to open new markets, build strategic partnerships, and grow regional presence.
Experience in customer service and account relationship management within complex B2B environments is important, along with proven capability in team leadership, coaching, and performance management.
Background in automotive, mobility, or a closely related technology sector is preferred, especially if you have worked with digital platforms or cloud-based solutions.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills are required, along with the ability to turn market insights into practical sales plans.
Excellent English communication and presentation skills are essential. German and other European languages are an added advantage.
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline is preferred, although equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
You should also be willing to travel within Europe as required for customer, partner, and internal meetings.
