- Handle recruitment, training, and retention of top-performing sales professionals for the Melbourne office.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Development, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations teams to align strategies and optimize go-to-market plans.
- Develop and enhance sales methodologies, processes, and playbooks to increase conversion efficiency and shorten deal cycles.
- Serve as the escalation authority and executive champion for complex and strategic sales opportunities.
- Leverage data insights to identify trends, address performance issues, and promote continuous progress within the sales team.
- Represent and lead the Melbourne office within the broader leadership framework across Australia and New Zealand.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of five years in a sales leadership role, preferably in a SaaS or high-growth technology setting.
- Demonstrable experience in building, coaching, and scaling productive sales teams.
- Proficient in managing KPIs such as pipeline creation, forecast precision, and quota achievement.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities with skill in influencing stakeholders at all organizational levels, including executives.
- Approach sales leadership with a hands-on, player-coach style, willing to engage directly in deals as necessary.
- Experience targeting mid-market and enterprise clients is essential.
- Must be located in Melbourne.

- Engage with a suite of products powered by sophisticated AI used by hundreds of thousands globally.
- Competitive remuneration, including salary, bonuses, perks, and eligibility for equity participation.
- Opportunities for rapid professional growth supported by a strong learning and development program featuring AI workshops, bootcamps, and hackathons.
- Enjoy a collaborative and inclusive global team environment, with support from Employee Resource Groups across multiple international offices including Melbourne.
