Role overview
In this enterprise SDR role, you will help open new accounts and build relationships with multiple stakeholders across target customer segments. The position is central to revenue generation and involves close coordination with the sales organization, market research, and lead qualification to understand how prospects handle onboarding.
Responsibilities
- Fuel company growth by running both inbound and outbound prospecting motions that create qualified opportunities and closed deals.
- Learn from experienced sales colleagues and contribute to the development of the sales playbook and technology stack.
- Engage prospects through calls, emails, events, webinars, and campaign follow-ups to educate and move them forward in the funnel.
- Map the lead generation journey, support marketing efforts, manage prospect touchpoints, and hand off qualified leads to an Account Executive.
- Create email sequences and place cold calls to reach and penetrate target accounts.
- Continue follow-up activity until meetings are successfully scheduled.
Requirements
- 3 to 4 years of experience in sales development or a similar outbound commercial function.
- Excellent verbal and written communication along with strong interpersonal ability.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving, dynamic, remote team setup.
- Well-developed organization and time management habits.
- Self-driven attitude with a strong focus on outcomes and learning.
- Ability to work independently and find practical solutions without constant direction.
- History of meeting or exceeding targets in a quota-based role.
- Exposure to CRM platforms and sales engagement tools is an advantage.
- High work ethic and strong problem-solving attitude.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a growth-oriented approach.
- Ability to write persuasive copy for emails and sequence campaigns.
- Adaptability in a high-velocity work environment.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Previous experience in HR or fintech is preferred.
- Background in a fast-scaling startup is preferred.
- Prior success in a remote, distributed team is preferred.
- Native or fluent Arabic and English skills.
