Role overview
Based in Singapore, this role owns outbound sales strategy for APAC while also building and developing a strong SDR team. The position works closely with Account Executives and sales leadership to convert ElevenLabs’ voice technology into enterprise pipeline across the region.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, coach, and lead SDRs while setting strong standards for outbound execution and pipeline creation.
- Create and improve the outbound approach for APAC, including research, prospecting, cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
- Work with Account Executives to understand market feedback, objections, and trends, then apply those insights to strengthen outreach.
- Track and analyze team KPIs such as conversion rates, lead quality, and outreach performance, and use the data to improve results.
- Coordinate with sales leadership to expand processes as the team and market grow.
- Serve as a mentor and escalation point, helping remove blockers and build rep capability.
Requirements
- At least 6-8+ years of outbound B2B sales experience, including time spent leading, coaching, or managing SDR/BDR teams.
- Proven ability to personally book new business meetings and help others do the same through coaching.
- Experience creating strong lead lists for new markets and categories.
- Hands-on experience building outbound processes, tools, and playbooks from the beginning.
- Comfort using prospecting tools such as sales engagement software, enrichment tools, and CRM systems.
- A naturally curious mindset with the ability to ask sharp questions and build informed solutions.
- Self-driven approach with the ability to work independently while keeping the team focused and aligned.
- Strong organization, prioritization, and time management skills, especially when balancing personal pipeline work and team leadership.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Mandarin is an added advantage.
