Role Overview

The Business Specialist is a full-time remote role focused on supporting key strategic and operational initiatives across Insight Genesis’ primary sectors. Daily responsibilities include analyzing business metrics and user trends to uncover opportunities, preparing business plans and proposals, and aiding the development of product and market strategies. This position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, enhance user experience, and ensure the AI-driven insights effectively support business objectives and user needs. Additionally, the role involves managing communication with stakeholders, assisting in client interactions, and providing ongoing feedback to improve platform features and services.

• Confidence in engaging with business owners and decision-makers.
• Experience in B2B sales, technology sales, SaaS, enterprise software, consulting, finance, HR, or healthcare is preferred but not mandatory.
• Analytical skills for interpreting data, identifying trends, and guiding data-driven decisions.
• Business acumen including strategy development and business planning to aid operational improvements.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate internally and interact with external stakeholders professionally.
• Customer service aptitude to understand and address user needs effectively.
• Familiarity with AI or digital platforms and relevant sectors like finance, HR, education, or health.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related discipline, or comparable practical experience preferred.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail, comfortable in a dynamic startup environment.

Compensation

• This position offers a 100% performance-based commission structure.
• There is no upper limit on potential earnings.
