About the Role

RELINK is hiring a full-time Sales Business Development Consultant in Singapore. The position follows a hybrid setup, giving you the option to work from home for part of the week while staying engaged with the team in the office. The role focuses on identifying new business prospects, qualifying leads, and supporting the early stages of the sales cycle.

What You’ll Do

  • Find and screen potential business opportunities through focused lead generation and research.
  • Reach out to prospects through phone calls, email, and digital communication channels.
  • Respond to inbound interest and follow up on leads to move them through the funnel.
  • Understand prospect needs, present RELINK’s solutions, and arrange discovery meetings or product demos for the sales team.
  • Keep CRM entries accurate and monitor pipeline activity.
  • Work closely with sales leadership to improve messaging, campaign effectiveness, and lead qualification standards.
  • Support prospects with timely customer service during the early part of the sales journey.
  • Collect and relay prospect insights to help refine sales processes.

Qualifications

The company is looking for someone with a solid grasp of prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline handling, along with strong communication skills across calls, email, and virtual meetings. A customer-focused approach, empathy, and practical problem-solving ability are important. The role also calls for familiarity with sales cycles, forecasting, and working with account executives, plus experience using CRM systems and sales enablement tools. The ability to organize tasks, manage priorities, and stay effective in a hybrid work setting is essential.

Experience and Education

Prior B2B sales or business development experience is preferred. Knowledge of the Singapore market will be considered an advantage. A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline is required.

Compensation

The monthly pay range is SGD 4,000 to SGD 5,000. The role is aimed at candidates with about three to four years of experience in technology or sales.
