Role Overview

The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for generating new business opportunities primarily through cold calling and prospect research. This position reports directly to the Branch Manager or Sales Manager and requires building relationships, addressing client needs, and securing meetings with potential clients. The role includes traveling to client and prospect locations as necessary.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new sales leads via cold calling and research
  • Initiate and conduct initial contact conversations with potential customers
  • Understand client requirements to offer suitable solutions
  • Arrange meetings between prospective clients and the sales team
  • Visit client and prospect sites as needed to foster relationships
  • Manage objections effectively and develop rapport with potential customers

Candidate Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
  • Experience in customer service is preferable
  • Strong competitive drive and proactive attitude
  • Coachability and willingness to learn continuously
  • Resilience and problem-solving capabilities
  • Accountable with meticulous attention to detail
  • Upholds professional integrity in all interactions

Work Schedule and Location

  • Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
  • Onsite presence required five days a week at the Vijayawada East location

Projected Earnings for High Performers:

  • Year 1: 45,000 to 65,000
  • Year 2: 60,000 to 90,000
  • Year 3: 75,000 to 125,000
