Role Overview and Responsibilities

As a Sales Associate at Budding Mariners, your role will be central to expanding the customer base and driving revenue growth. Your fluency in English as well as South Indian languages such as Malayalam and Tamil will enable effective communication with our diverse clientele. Your responsibilities will include the development and execution of strategic sales plans, supporting customers by addressing their inquiries, and working closely with sales management to create innovative approaches.

• Design and implement sales strategies aimed at meeting or surpassing targets and boosting company revenue
• Offer sales assistance and timely response to customer queries
• Use Salesforce CRM to monitor and document sales processes and customer engagement
• Maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless operations
• Analyze sales metrics and prepare reports using MS Excel and Google Sheets
• Partner with sales leadership to innovate and refine sales initiatives
• Showcase strong sales aptitude and enthusiasm for the maritime field

Candidate Requirements and Eligibility

Successful candidates will demonstrate excellent command of English, Malayalam, and Tamil in both spoken and written forms. A proactive approach to sales and relationship-building, along with proficiency in Salesforce, MS Excel, and Google Sheets, is essential.
