About the Role
Christian Dior Couture offers more than just a renowned luxury brand; it invites customers to become part of its rich heritage and share a passion for elegance as members of the Dior family. We seek employees who demonstrate enthusiasm and passion for representing the esteemed House of Dior. Our Dublin team is expanding, and we are seeking a dedicated full-time Sales Associate with experience in luxury retail to cultivate client relationships and develop expertise in Dior Couture products.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers by delivering exemplary customer service at all times.
- Build and nurture customer loyalty through personalized, one-on-one personal shopper sales techniques.
- Exhibit thorough product knowledge while staying informed about current promotions, advertising campaigns, and new product launches.
- Promote additional product sales to optimize individual and departmental sales goals.
- Handle customer concerns professionally, escalating issues to line management when appropriate.
- Regularly monitor sales targets and departmental performance on both daily and weekly intervals.
- Adhere to all stock management protocols effectively.
- Collaborate with the sales team to maintain impeccable housekeeping and product display standards within the department.
- Operate confidently with sales systems, including cash handling, credit transactions, and exchange policies.
- Enforce highest standards in store presentation and cleanliness.
- Take necessary measures to maximize product security and prevent theft.
- Ensure departmental operations comply with company administrative systems to minimize losses.
- Participate actively in team meetings, contributing positively to discussions and initiatives.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in luxury fashion retail is essential.
- Outstanding communication skills combined with an ability to build strong customer relationships.
- A genuine passion for Christian Dior and its collection offerings.
- Up-to-date knowledge of fashion trends and styles.
- Availability to work full-time, including availability across Monday to Sunday.
