Sales Associate, Auto Accessories / Bicycle Department (m/f/d)

Role Overview

In this position, you will help create a positive shopping experience in the auto accessories and bicycle department through knowledgeable advice, product expertise, and active customer support.

Key Responsibilities

• Be a visible presence on the sales floor and provide expert guidance to customers on products and services.
• Use strong product and assortment knowledge to make the shopping experience engaging and helpful.
• Perform required repairs on customers’ bicycles in a professional and proper manner.
• Support the presentation and placement of merchandise throughout the department.
• Work closely with your team to ensure customers have everything they need and store operations run smoothly.

What You Bring

• Previous sales experience is preferred, but career changers are very welcome.
• Skilled tradespeople, especially automotive mechatronics technicians, mechanics, and similar profiles with an interest in sales, are encouraged to apply.
• You should approach customers with empathy, enthusiasm, and a strong sense of commitment.
• A hands-on attitude and a strong focus on customer satisfaction are important for this role.

Working Details

This is a full-time role with 37.5 hours per week. The start date is immediate or by mutual agreement.
