Role Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated retail sales assistants to join our Auckland team. You will be instrumental in supporting management by driving sales performance, maintaining operational standards, and contributing to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities & Expectations

• Support management in achieving sales targets and operational excellence.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and an engaging shopping experience.
• Work effectively within an energetic and fast-paced team.
• Maintain self-motivation and a positive attitude to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Demonstrate openness to feedback and utilize it constructively.
• Provide full availability for shifts including evenings and weekends.
