Job description

Role overview

We are hiring an enthusiastic professional to help elevate the customer journey in-store. In this position, you will represent the brand story, guide clients toward a personalised look, and contribute to a premium shopping experience that reflects individual style and brand heritage.

What you will do

  • Support shoppers in shaping their ideal look while contributing to store performance, customer satisfaction, and overall business results.
  • Drive sales through detailed product guidance, suggestive selling, and thoughtful cross-sell and upsell actions.
  • Build strong customer relationships by making clients feel valued, using omnichannel communication, and leveraging digital tools to share updates, recommendations, and tailored offers.
  • Help maintain the store’s presentation by keeping visual displays aligned with brand image and display standards.
  • Assist with daily retail operations such as store opening and closing, stock handling, inventory control, and adherence to GDPR plus health and safety requirements.
  • Use internal IT and digital systems effectively to improve customer engagement and business processes, including Golden App, Sales Force, Xstore, and Stealth.

What we are looking for

  • Strong command of English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in luxury retail.
  • Self-driven attitude, positive approach, and polished selling skills.
  • Excellent customer orientation, along with strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication abilities.
  • Awareness of current industry trends and a solid understanding of the local market, both online and offline.
  • Flexibility to respond to changing business and customer needs.
  • Ability to work well within a team.
