Job Summary

The position seeks enthusiastic candidates to join as Retail Sales Assistants in the Preston, Victoria location, contributing positively to customer experience and store operations.

Key Duties

• Provide an exceptional in-store experience that embodies the Ghanda brand for every customer.
• Handle point of sale duties, including accurate till operation and reconciliation.
• Uphold excellent store presentation standards, adhering to visual merchandising guidelines and brand consistency.
• Manage stock delivery processing and assist with inventory control.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a proactive 'can-do' attitude and eagerness to learn new skills.
• Capable of working effectively both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
• Strong alignment with Ghanda’s brand values and organizational culture.
• Availability to work flexibly, including during all school holiday periods.
• Access to reliable transportation for commuting purposes.
• Previous retail or hospitality experience is advantageous but not essential; attitude is prioritized over experience.
