Overview
We are seeking a Sales Assistant Manager/Manager to lead business development for module products in Central Asia. This role involves crafting and executing strategic plans to meet revenue and market share goals, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and expanding our presence across the region.
Primary Duties
- Design and apply holistic business development plans to meet sales and market growth objectives for module products within the Central Asia market.
- Identify, engage, and manage key customers, including utilities, project developers, EPC contractors, and other important partners.
- Analyze market conditions to uncover opportunities, track trends, and evaluate competitors for growth and expansion potential.
- Initiate and cultivate new markets throughout Central Asia to grow business and enhance market share.
- Create persuasive sales presentations and detailed proposals for prospective clients.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and technical teams to produce effective promotional content and product demonstrations.
- Lead negotiation processes and finalize sales contracts, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to corporate policies.
- Keep track of sales outcomes and furnish regular progress reports to senior leadership.
- Act as the company's representative at key trade shows, conferences, and industry gatherings to boost brand recognition and lead generation.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Degree in Engineering, Business, or a similarly relevant discipline; advanced degrees are advantageous.
- At least three years of experience in sales within the renewable energy sector.
- Fluency in English or Chinese plus Russian, both spoken and written, is preferred to effectively communicate with local partners.
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets, fostering business expansion, and pioneering new markets.
- In-depth knowledge of the renewable energy market in Central Asia.
- Exceptional skills in communication, negotiation, and presenting information clearly.
- Capability to work independently and collaboratively in dynamic, fast-moving teams.
- Availability for extensive travel within the Asia-Pacific region.
