Role Overview
We are seeking Recruitment Consultants to join our Leeds office who are driven, competitive, resilient, and hard-working. You will be responsible for managing a complete 360 recruitment desk by generating leads, engaging new clients, negotiating contracts, and providing recruitment solutions. This involves becoming an expert in your market, fostering essential industry connections, and elevating your personal brand through a balanced approach combining candidate and client strategies.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through client prospecting.
- Conduct client negotiations and deliver tailored recruitment services.
- Establish yourself as a market specialist by nurturing key industry relationships.
- Utilize candidate and company focused methods to build your recruitment desk comprehensively.
Requirements
- Experience in Recruitment, Customer Service, Sales, or any customer-facing position.
