As a Sales Assistant, you will play a vital role in maximizing sales through excellent customer service and merchandising. This includes maintaining product displays according to departmental plans and ensuring shelves are well-stocked at all times to maximize sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly and assess their needs effectively.
• Demonstrate products by explaining features, advantages, and benefits to drive sales.
• Strive consistently to achieve top sales performance within the department.
• Guide customers to other departments as needed to meet their broader shopping needs.
• Provide support across different sections of the shop during busy periods.
• Identify customer preferences and requirements to tailor sales approaches.
• Utilize a range of sales techniques including complimentary and substitute selling to maximize each transaction.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of a High School education with at least one year of relevant work experience, or a Bachelor’s degree without prior work experience.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
• Strong interpersonal and confident communication skills.
• Exemplify high ethical standards and integrity in all conduct.
• Maintain politeness and professionalism while interacting with customers at all times.
• Approachable demeanor and pleasant personality to enhance the customer experience.
