Role overview

Swatch and Flik Flak are looking for a retail-focused Sales Assistant for the flagship store in Hamburg. This position is full-time and initially limited to one year. The role is based in the Jungfernstieg store and centers on selling colourful, in-demand watches while creating an engaging customer experience.

What the role involves

• Advising customers and actively selling the latest watch collections and trends.
• Representing the brand on the shop floor and presenting product stories in a compelling way.
• Handling day-to-day store tasks such as cash closing, customer complaints, and order processing.
• Following head office guidelines and maintaining a store presentation that meets brand standards.
