Role overview

Swatch & Flik Flak is looking for a full-time Sales Assistant for the Berlin KaDeWe store. The position is initially limited to one year. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys retail, is enthusiastic about colourful watches, and likes bringing brand stories to life for customers.

What the role involves

• Advise customers with a strong sales mindset and support them in choosing the latest watch trends.
• Represent the brand on the shop floor and use storytelling to communicate product knowledge in an engaging way.
• Handle day-to-day store tasks such as closing the register, processing customer complaints, and managing customer orders.
• Implement headquarters guidelines and help maintain a polished, well-presented store environment.
