Agile Healthcare Pvt. Ltd., operating under Agile Orthopedics Private Limited, is an accredited distributor for Meril Healthcare in Hyderabad and Telangana. The company specializes in multiple healthcare segments including Trauma & Implants, Sutures, Consumables, Endo-Mechanical, and Diagnostics divisions.
Role Summary
We are seeking experienced Sales & Marketing Executives to enhance hospital and doctor engagement, expand revenue streams, and nurture client relationships in the Trauma & Implants and Consumables divisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and sustain strong relationships with orthopedic surgeons, hospital procurement personnel, and operating theatre staff.
- Drive sales and product adoption goals assigned to either Trauma & Implants or Consumables divisions.
- Conduct regular hospital visits, facilitate product demonstrations, and provide educational sessions for surgeons.
- Manage order processing, inventory coordination, and post-sales assistance effectively.
- Monitor competitor activities involving brands such as Stryker, DePuy, Zimmer Biomet, Smith & Nephew (Trauma) and Ethicon, Healthium (Consumables).
- Compile and submit detailed sales reports and market insights to the management team.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sales, with a preference for orthopedic implants or surgical consumables.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel within Hyderabad and Telangana regions.
- Possession of a two-wheeler or vehicle along with a valid driving license is desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree ideally in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related discipline.
