Job Role

The Sales and Marketing Executive will be engaged full-time on-site in Patna, tasked with identifying prospective clients, presenting Campus Sathi's fintech offerings, and managing the entire sales cycle. Key duties include performing market analysis, generating leads, preparing and delivering product demos, and following up to close sales. Additionally, the role supports marketing campaigns, coordinates promotional initiatives, and collects customer feedback to improve sales and marketing tactics. Collaboration with various departments ensures unified messaging and excellent client interactions.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Excellent communication and customer service skills to liaise effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Proven expertise in sales and managing sales pipelines for revenue increase.
• Capability to train customers and team members regarding Campus Sathi's products and services.
• Previous experience in fintech, financial services, or technology sales is advantageous.
• Ability to work professionally on-site in Patna while meeting performance goals.
• Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and digital communication tools is beneficial.
• Preferred educational background includes a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline.
