Position Overview
The Sales and Marketing Executive role at Pacific Diamond in Ludhiana involves spearheading efforts to meet and surpass monthly and yearly sales goals while boosting the store's visitor numbers and improving purchase conversion rates.
Key Duties
- Expand the network of wholesale clients both within Punjab and in other states.
- Establish and nurture strong partnerships with retail jewelers and corporate customers.
- Keep track of daily sales metrics and compile detailed performance reports.
- Devise and implement marketing strategies, encompassing both digital and traditional channels.
- Manage and grow the brand's presence on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and Google Business.
- Organize and participate in exhibitions, BNI networking initiatives, and jewelry-related events.
- Design festive campaigns and programs to engage customers and foster loyalty.
- Hire, train, and inspire the sales force, while setting and assessing key performance indicators.
- Hold daily sales team meetings to align on goals and progress.
- Maintain high standards of customer service throughout all interactions.
